Our owner, Darren, has been involved in the beef industry since he was young, raising cattle on the Iowa family farm and showing them at the county fair. He even exhibited the Grand Champion Steer at the 1980 Iowa State Fair! So our company has a proud heritage of partnering with the beef industry. Oh and the one thing about Darren – he loves BBQ and his passion for it shows through all our meats, especially our brisket! In fact, we have been making this brisket for over 20 years, pretty much right after Darren started working for our company!
Hand selected, hand trimmed, and hand rubbed with our special seasoning, our brisket is slow smoked for up to 12 hours with hardwood, like the way they do in Texas, to ensure flavor and tenderness. We do everything the old fashioned way to ensure quality smoked briskets for you and your family. Our brisket is sliced for ease and vacuum sealed to get peak freshness.
