- Thaw potatoes ahead of time, or add potatoes to a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until soft.
- Add thawed WG meat to the pan. Heat until warm.
- Stir in salsa and chilies; continue cooking 8 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with cheese and let stand for 5 minutes.
Use hot chilies and spicy chunky salsa for more of a kick!
