For The Oven:

Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. DO NOT open “boil-in” bag. Immerse bag of meat in 2 inches of water in a deep oven safe dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Heat until hot. Allow 15-20 minutes per pound, or about 30-40 minutes per package.

If reheating from frozen, preheat oven to 375. DO NOT open “boil-in” bag. Immerse bag of meat in 2 inches of water in a deep oven safe dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Heat until hot. Allow about one hour per package.

For The Crockpot:

Thaw completely. Remove bag and place meat in a small amount of water in the crock pot. Cover with the lid. Heat until hot. About 1-2 hours on high or 3-4 on low.

From frozen, remove bag and place meat in a small amount of water in the crock pot. Cover with the lid. Heat until hot. Reheat on low for 8 hours. This is the best option for throwing it in before work and having it ready for dinner! Or cook for 3-4 hours on high!

For the Skillet:

Thaw completely. Remove from packaging. Place a large skillet on the stove top to medium heat. Add meat to the skillet. Stir to make sure everything gets reheated. For pork carnitas and beef barbacoa, shred thawed meat prior to putting in skillet or pull apart as it is heating.
