Shipping And Handling

Your order will be processed, packed, and shipped via FedEx the next business day. We do not ship Thursdays and Fridays.

You will receive email notifications from FedEx when your shipment set up, received by FedEx, any exemptions or delays, estimated delivery, and delivery.

Your order will be shipped in a box with biodegradable insulation and ice packs (dry ice if shipping a further distance).

All orders will be delivered within 2 business days after shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO Box. But we can ship to college dorms.

To keep the meat nice and frozen, we use bio-degradable insulation called Green Cell Foam along with gel packs (or dry ice if shipping a further distance) in a standard cardboard shipper. Green Cell Foam is made from 100% all-natural, non-GMO U.S. grown corn. This biodegradable foam dissolves completely in water, after the protective film is removed. It can also biodegrade in a compost pile in 60 days or be used as fire starters.

Your order should get into a refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible. According to the USDA, frozen meat should not be left out at room temperature longer than 2 hours. As soon as any part of the meat reaches 40 degrees, bacteria can start to grow.

We offer business delivery as well, so if this is more convenient for you, it could be delivered to your office.

Given the perishable nature of the product, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us, and we will work to make it right!

If your order is lost in shipping, please contact us, and we will work to make it right!
