Easy Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients
2 cups beef broth
2 tbsp flour
1 – 1.5 lb shredded beef, thawed
16 oz. frozen peas and carrots, thawed
½ tsp dried oregano
20 oz. package prepared mashed potatoes
Paprika
Salt and pepper as desired

Directions
Heat oven to 350.
Coat a 1.5-quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Whisk beef broth and flour together in a medium-size saucepan.
Heat until simmering, about 4 minutes. Simmer one minute or until thickened.
Stir in shredded beef, thawed peas and carrots, and oregano. Spoon mixture into prepared casserole.
Heat potatoes as per package directions.
Spoon potatoes on top of meat mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired.
