Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
2 lbs. of your choice of meat
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
¾ cup beef broth/stock, divided
14 oz. red kidney beans or chili beans, drained
14 oz. brushed tomato
¼ cup tomato paste
1.5 tsp. of each: cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, paprika
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Directions
Reheat meat per our Reheating Instructions.
Saute garlic, onion, and bell pepper in oil until brown.
Add ½ cup beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add into crockpot.
Add beans, tomato, tomato paste, remaining beef broth, and spices. Combine.
Add meat and cook on low for 8 hours. Stir before serving.
Dish into a big bowl and garnish with your favorite toppings: sour cream, avocado, cheese, etc.
Serve with corn chips or cornbread.
