Our newest product: Baby Back Ribs. We took our time to perfect these to make sure they were as flavorful and tender as some of the best ribs out there! These full rib racks are marinated, seasoned with our unique spice blend, and smoked for hours with hickory wood. We decided to take these full racks, cut them in half, and stack them to make it most convenient for you and save room in your freezer. You can cook them as is or make them your own by adding some sauce!
Hand selected, hand trimmed, and hand rubbed with our special seasoning, our brisket is slow smoked for up to 12 hours with hardwood, like the way they do in Texas, to ensure flavor and tenderness. We smoke it first with harwood logs, and then again with pellets for that double smoked flavor. We do everything the old fashioned way to ensure quality smoked briskets for you and your family. Our brisket is sliced for ease and vacuum sealed to get peak freshness. We have put in all the work, so you don’t have to!
Our BBQ burnt ends are beef briskets seasoned to perfection and hardwood smoked for hours. Those briskets are then cut up, smoked again, and bathed in our delicious, tangy but sweet barbeque sauce. Savor that saucy, slow cooked goodness!
