These pieces of smoked goodness are the crispy ends from a flavorful and marbled beef brisket, which are cooked for an extensive amount of time to break down cartilage and fat, leaving juicy, tender, and delicious pieces of smoked meat! Burnt ends aren’t just left overs any more; they can be used for pretty much anything!
Our BBQ burnt ends are beef briskets seasoned to perfection and hardwood smoked for hours. Those briskets are then cut up, smoked again, and bathed in our delicious, tangy but sweet barbeque sauce. Savor that saucy, slow cooked goodness! And it is so much better combined with creamy mac & cheese!
